The Club House rooms feature cool whitewash furniture, rich, fresh fabrics, soft beige tile floors and balcony or private terrace. The six Great Houses include 129 ocean front rooms. All Great House rooms have ceiling fans and charming colonial style shutters opening onto a balcony or patio. The South Ocean Golf and Beach Resort is only minutes from dining, shopping and entertainment venues. At check-in a guest is required to leave either a credit card imprint or cash deposit to cover all incidental charges. If a guest does not have a credit card, a required cash deposit is need for telephone charges ($50 per person). Any unused portion of the cash deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
